Spa Policies & Etiquette

Requested & Required, Please


A $25 Deposit is required for all spa service bookings.

Arrival Time

We ask that you please arrive at your scheduled time.


In case you can’t keep your appointment with us, please call us 24 hours earlier; otherwise, we will have to charge your card on file $25 regardless of scheduled service, per person.

No-show-No-calls will be charged $50.

Cancellation within 4 hours of appointment will be charged $50.

Spa Policies & Etiquette, Please

  • Scheduled Appointment:
    There’s a considerable time, effort, and energy that goes into the coordination, and preperation for the scheduled service to take place. We ask that you consider this, and do your best to keep with the scheduled appointment time.

    We understand there are events that create schedule changes, but any cancellation outside of the twenty four (24) hour cancelation window will be charged $25.

  • Arrival:
    We ask that you please arrive at your scheduled time.

    For all new clients there will be necessary paperwork, as well as a consulation before your service. Not to worry, your appointment schedule already accounts for this.

    Arriving early does not always imply an early start. We do our best to keep schedules running as the appointments were scheduled. Please help us keep to that schedule by arriving at the appointed time.

  • Arriving Late:

    We know sometimes life can effect schedules. If running late please text and let us know. We will always try to do our best to accomdiate, but this is not always possible and your service time may be affected.

  • Cell Phones & Electronics:

    In this day and age it’s hard to seperate from the digital world. Do to the quiet nature of spa services, we request that cell phones/electronic devices be set to either do not disturb, silent/mute, or vibrate.

  • Lost, Misplaced, and or Stolen:

    Please do your best to keep track of any items that you bring into the Spa. We cannot be held accountable for any items that are lost, misplaced, and or stolen.

  • Gift Certificates

    It’s wonderful to see the gift of gift certificates that have been purchased for our services, however, please note, gift certificates can not be redeemed for cash and they must be present at the time of service. Gift Certificates must be booked within “the calendar year” they were purchased in and used within one year.

  • Payment

    We accept cash as well as all major credit cards. We also except Venmo and Zelle.

  • Tips/Gratuity

    If you’re pleased with the services recieved, then there’s no better way to show gratitude to your therapist by tipping a industry average of 20% – 25%. This can be done by cash or added on to your credit card. This applies to any service whether a package is in play or a gift certificate is involved.

  • Guest

    To recieve a service you must be 18 years of age. While the waiting room can accomdiate guest, we state anyone under the age of 18 must be under supervion and attended to at all times by a parent or guardian. No exceptations. This is a must.

  • Service Rooms

    There are no exceptions; The only person recieving the service is alowed in the room outside of the therapist preforming the service.

  • Ultimate Discretion

    Ultimate Discretion is left to Relative Healing therapist and management to refuse a service or to cease a service in the works should actions that bring about safety, harassment (any kind), misrepresentation, injuries, and or contridications be known.
